The Pastoral Care Ministry is a vital part of our church organization. Our local church has some 15 Pastoral Care groups; each group is made up of ten to fifteen members and is been lead by a care group leader.
The purpose of this ministry is to foster accountability, personalize Christian fellowship, spiritual maturity and discipleship. Members are placed in the same care group because of their common locality, age, schools or interest. Meetings are conducted in member’s home or other third party venues and are based on members needs.
The meetings are consisting of a fellowship meal, prayer, worship, sharing, bible study and discussion. If you wish to join one of our Pastoral care Group, please contact us at pastor@covingtoncogop.org
