Men in our world today are hurting. Their careers, their marriages, their kids, their finances, and many other areas of their lives are not turning out the way they planned. Men today are tired; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They often have a lingering feeling something isn’t quite right. For far too many men, Thoreau’s statement is all too true, “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation.” Men often find themselves frustrated, discouraged, disillusioned, confused, afraid of the future, lonely, and riddled with guilt over poor decisions. They are restless. They are wondering, “Is this all there is?” There must be more to life; there’s got to be.”
There is good news! Life in its fullness is available to every man without exception. Men were designed and created for adventure. The invitation is yours, “Come and live out what I intended for you.” “Follow me and become a man fully alive.” This offer comes from One who can deliver on His promises. What you are looking for in life is closer than you think.
The Men’s Ministries is serving our local churches in building strong and effective ministry among men. The goal of the ministry is to equip men who will train other men to find and fulfill their true purpose of being a man fully alive.
